Booking Policy

Hey Beauties, Thank you so much for choosing me as your stylist and I truly appreciate all of the continued support. My main goal is to serve you with the best and give you the effortless slay you’re after!

You are responsible for reading the following POLICY when booking your appointment.

1. Full payment non-refundable/transferable booking deposit is required to secure your spot and will go towards your service.
2. Kindly send your wigs or frontals and bundles ahead of time for customization (24-48hrs prior) then wigging(1-2 weeks prior). Ps: take note of any tear on frontal before sending wigs out to us. Kindly write name and phone number on hairs for drop off.
3. Please come with your Cornrows done. We do not offer natural hair wash & loosening services.
4. Hard laces & thick density frontals attract additional 10,000 cost
5. I do not go behind work that was not done by me.
6. NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the studio during your appointment. They will be asked to leave
7. No call No show will receive a FULL service charge. There will be a fee of ₦15,000 if you are 30 minutes late. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! Please be considerate of my time and others as we work strictly on appointments.
8. RESCHEDULES MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME & THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT WHICH IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS AFTER INTIAL BOOKING. (FAILURE TO NOTIFY WITHIN STATED TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES CAUSED). This can be permitted for a number of (1) time.
9. NO REFUND!
10. Video editing; please note that if you want videos for a particular time frame, it costs 100,000 Naira
